Majestic Cerulean Design of Wellness
We offer a variety of events, virtual classes, and meditation sessions aimed at enhancing self-care practices. We focus on body activation to build strength and increase mobility through resistance training, as well as techniques to release body tension and unblock energies that have become stagnant. We also provide sessions to recharge both your mental and physical wellness.
Participants will learn grounding techniques to calm the mind through effective breathing exercises, and by pampering oneself through self-massage sessions to enrich their daily lives. Together, we work on recalling what our true purpose is and what matters most to us, and who we truly want to become by restoring the faith in oneself.
